    The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. the property was near our family. The kids liked theswimming pool. They did not have a complimentary breakfast meal.
    1 smile Worst Hotel Stay Ever
    The first hotel room checked into had black mold growing on the air vents. the hotel room changed to had a toilet that would not flush. They charged me twice for both nites of visit and had to call accounting and get the charge taken off. What is wrong with these people?!

    nice swimming pool for kids. Could use more chairs aroundswimming pool. We did have a long walk from our hotel room to theswimming pool. the property had swimming pool towels at the front desk which was quite a ways from the swimming pool and towels were not always available. The swimming pool was great for kids because it was zero entry depth, gradual drop off and a large area without getting over their heads. Micro waive ovens were not in the hotel room to cook popcorn we brang to the property in addition the gift shop allowed us to use their micro waive without charge. Nice central location in Omaha, easy to get to where you wanted to go.

  • Dissapointed - Staff was helpful. breakfast meal was good. Rooms needed repairs. Refrig handle was missing, glass in picture frame broken. Rooms under repair left open all night.was expecting better than this. . . .
